Your mission

• Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other external systems.

Your role in a Nutshell:

• Development of new software components & configuration of the existing software;
• Participate in the functional committees together with the Business Analyst;
• Contribute to defining the general specifications;
• Analyze the functional specs and actively participate to translating these specs into technical specs;
• Propose technical solutions after having done the technical analysis;
• Prepare the technical documentation (technical architecture documentation) ;
• Maintain the technical documentation respecting the norms and procedures in force;
• Perform unit / integration / performance tests;
• Prepare the test cases / scenario, ensuring that they respect the technical specs; software assistance;
• Define the configuration needs of the technical environment for the PROD (deployment documentation, assistance etc);
• Take charge of the corrective end evolutive maintenance of the developed components;
• Respect the quality norms defined in the project, follow-up on the evolution of the development, report on the status of the development etc.

A little about you:

• 5+ years’ experience as a developer;
• Technologies: Cobol, JCL, CICS, DB2;
• Mainframe knowledge is considered a plus;
• French is considered a plus.
