Microsoft Office 365 deployment experience
Knowledge regarding Azure
3 - 5 years Microsoft infrastructure/network deployment experience
Exchangeand Active Directory administration and upgrade experience
DNS configuration experience
Migrations including Mailboxes, Public Folders, User Profiles
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems
Ability to work independently, but also be part of a team
Desire and aptitude to learn emerging technologies
Basic Project Management Skills
Customer support and communication skills

Deployment and rollout of new O365 solutions, as well as migrations from current "on premise" client solutions to the O365 cloud.
Moving web applications and other services to the cloud will also require being involved with networking, firewalls, hosting, Windows, and especially Azure.
