    Studies:
     High level - graduate (technical or economic studies)
     Special certifications in project management – advantage

    Work experience:
     Work experience – minim 5 years
     Work experience in customer service – minim 5 years
     Work experience in coordinating cross-functional projects – minim 2 years

    Responsabilitati

    PURPOSE:
    Coordinating implementation of the projects for telesales activities in order to achieve financial objectives, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Accountable for planning, direction, coordination, execution and control of telesales projects in order to achieve quantity and quality objectives.
    KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
     Acts as a liaison between Telekom Customer Services management and outsourced team, in order to implement telesales projects to achieve financial objectives from telesales activities
     Develops detailed project plans in order to track progress to achieve objectives of projects
     Coordinates cross-functional activities in order to ensure resources availability and allocation for telesales outsourced team
     Coordinates internal resources in order to ensure implementation of projects for telesales activities
     Ensures that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, in order to meet telesales objectives
     Monitors project performance and deliverables in order to initiate corrective actions to maintain projects objectives
     Manages the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
     Performs risk management to minimize project risks
     Ensures that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality, in order to be consistent with project objectives
     Monitors implementation of new applications and services in order to ensure efficiency of projects
     Collaborates with various Telekom functions (IT, Marketing, Technic etc.) in order to ensure good implementation of inbound projects according with company strategy
