The role of WEDOHR as a provider of recruitment services for our clients is to enable partners to focus on business development and take on the role of identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates for partner organisations.

Ideal candidate:
- speaks good English (German and other language skills would be a plus)
- has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- has strong organizational skills, with an eye to detail
- is a trader with business sense and interest in logistics and transportation
- is friend with PC and numbers (MS Office, SW, price calculations, etc.)
- is proactive, focused on action
- is a team player, honest and loyal

Previous experience is NOT required. If you share our values and have the right potential we will train you in our office in Bucharest and in our team headquarters in Vienna.

As a Junior Traffic Manager, you will be in direct contact with clients and suppliers, handling orders and inquiries, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with clients and suppliers.
