Your Mission:

The job holder acts like a single point of contact for training management related activities, manages complex requests related to Group Mandatory Trainings, providing quality services to the client in accordance with the standards and working procedures specific to his activity.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Acts like an interface for complex requests related to Training Homologation, Catalog Management, E-learning Distribution, Reporting and Availability Group Admin in terms of mandatory trainings.
• Ensures that client requests are sent in standard format to the responsible team
• Ensures that the responsible team delivers the requested response / services in the agreed TAT, insisting where it seems the planning will not be respected
• Participates in weekly / monthly meetings with teams from Paris and Bucharest
• Adapts and updates the processes and procedures of the activity it carries out

A little about You:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and WebEx platform functionalities
• A good knowledge of the MyLearning application or similar LMS
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information
• Required foreign languages: French (B2+), English (B1)
