    • 0-1 years successful sales experience; inside sales experience preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills.
    • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
    • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
    • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet.

    • Fluency in both English and one of the following languages (French, Germany, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
    • Implement sales strategies and call prioritization
    • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
    • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
    • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
    • Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services
    • Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients
    • Build network via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory

    Pay for performance

    Going above your target should be rewarded. The system we’ve developed lets you go beyond and actually encourages you to take the extra step, by rewarding your efforts. After achieving your target, everything else that has been sold over will be commissioned twice! The Performance Tier is as follows: 0% - 50% = 0.80 Payout (Points); 50% = 100% 1.20 Payout (Points); >100% = 2.00 Payout (Points). The percentages reflect the progress of achieving the monthly target.
    Earn even more, as time progresses! The bonus will increase during the year. Starting in the 7th fiscal month, your total bonus payout will be as follows: January – 115%; February – 130%; March – 150%; April – 175%; May – 200%.

    Here is the complete compensation plan:

    • 2,750 RON Net Salary + 100% target bonus (1200 RON Net) = 3,950 Ron Net - English speakers
    • 3,300 RON Net Salary + 100% target bonus (1450 RON Net) = 4,750 Ron Net - French, Italian, Spanish speakers
    • 4,125 RON Net Salary + 100% target bonus (1565 RON Net) = 5,690 Ron Net - German, Dutch speakers

    Keep in mind that reaching 150% of your target will double your bonus and reaching 200% of your target will triple your bonus!
