    For our client, a provider of automotive financial services, we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Support in Bucharest.


    Training and qualification:
    University degree in Law.

    Technical knowledge:
    Knowledge about financial services (loans, financial and operational leasing);
    Advanced knowledge in MS Office;
    Fluent in spoken and written English language.

    Soft skills/individual competence:
    Analytical thinking;
    Proactive attitude;
    Attentive to details;
    Result oriented;
    Very good communication skills.

    Minimum one year previous experience in legal area, financial services industry.


    Providing daily legal and compliance assistance to the internal and external clients;
    Reviewing the commercial contracts and any other relevant documents from legal and compliance perspective;
    Actively involved in preparing of different documents;
    Preparing the documents such as decisions of the Shareholders, Board of Directors, Administrator, Managers powers of attorney;
    Supporting the collaboration with external lawyers of the company for solving all the legal tasks and with local authorities;
    Maintaining in good order legal documents of the company: constitutive acts, internal decisions: AGA, Board of directors, contracts, etc.
