    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Internal Project / Program Manager with English.
    The profile would require to manage and be single point of contact for end-to-end management of projects, which will include employee engagement initiatives, people development programs, and others as per business planning manager guidelines.

    Requirements:

    - Typically 2-3 years of experience in managing project activities;
    - Advanced English language level;
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel;
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to details;
    - Be a self-starter, confident & enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels;
    - Strong planning and organizing skills;
    - High ability to work with different cross-functional teams;
    - Strong influencing and communication skills;
    - Flexibility and positivism in approach.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
    - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
    - Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
    - Ensure resource availability and allocation;
    - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
    - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
    - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
    - Report and escalate to management as needed;
    - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
    - Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
    - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
