    Responsibilities

    - Coordinates and monitors the team’s activities to ensure effective allocation of work and use of resources;
    - Ensure the team is reaching deadlines and provides complete and accurate input in the system;
    - Implements and monitors all processes and procedures in Services Data department;
    - Deals with complex situations and find the most effective solutions;
    - Identifies ways to improve and streamline processes;
    - Communicates with the other departments in an efficient and constructive manner;
    - Builds up and maintain good working relationships with local offices;
    - Set team objectives according to the company’s strategy and take action in order to fulfil them;
    - Analyse, monitor and evaluate team performance;
    - Propose new solutions to improve team’s performance;
    - Identify training and development needs, together with the department’s trainer;
    - Participate in hiring new team members;
    - Prepares weekly, monthly and ad-hoc requested reports
