    Responsabilitati


    Main Responsibilities

     Design and implement the Internal Communication Plan according to the company’s objectives and strategy and to measure its efficiency
     Develop and deploy brand awareness campaigns and work environment improvement projects, thus contributing in growing the company culture of Teleperformance Romania
     Make recommendations on improving Teleperformance Romania’s company brand based on social and economic trends;
     Identify and organize internal events with the purpose of improving the work environment, increase team spirit and employee motivation in all departments.
     Create content and publish all Teleperformance Romania presentation/promotion materials;
     Plan, organize and ensure a good evolution of both internal and external Teleperformance Romania promotion events
     Write press releases, company presentations, websites articles, brochures, adverts in line with the branding guidelines
     Create and issue the monthly internal and external newsletter;
     Elaborate and implement tools and processes of brand monitoring of the company
     Coordinate the process of selecting, ordering and distribution of company presents and gifts on different occasions;
     Maintain the relationship with different products/materials providers;
