    Technical Support Level 2 with French

    Your Mission

    The goal of this position is to help end users during their mobility (French HR) to migrate to new SG IT environments  and / or new international relocation.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Transfer of personal data (email, calendar, mail archives, personal files);
    • Avoid disruption during the transfer (or creation of a new email address);
    • Analyze the current configuration with all specificities that  the user may have (Windows, Outlook, Sesame, mobile phone, Good, strong authentication, pull printing, Securemail);
    • Propose the better and quickest way to do the migration depending on the new environment and new constraints;
    • Coordinate all actions with the user and with each impacted local support team;
    • Depending of the package chosen, analyze what is the current environment of the user, list all action to be performed, launch and follow all dedicated requests for the new environment (standard laptop, Unipass card, VPN rights, virtual desktop, Softphone, mobile phone, call forwarding, SecureID).

    A little about You:

    • You have expertise in using Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft AD
    • You have experience with Outlook, Evidian Security, SSO Security, DNS, VMWARE, CITRIX, SharePoint
    • You have good relationship and communication skills

    We also value:

    • Knowledge of TOIP Telephony/  LDAP/ Visual Basic/ Access
