Requirements:

Education: Master/Postgraduate qualification from Technical University

Language: English - Medium level allowing fluent communication

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

•Experienced in work with ATMs at position of Independent ATM Technician

•Experience with Wincor.

•Ability to create customer confidence, increase customer satisfaction and respond to customer needs

Main Accountabilities:


•Analyses ATM defects and problems.
•Repairs faulty parts taken from the field and controls whether repaired parts function correctly.
•Takes care on supplies of spare parts in the warehouse and gives suggestions when something needs to be provided.
•Responsible for functioning of spare parts in the spare parts storage;
•Engaged in operations of equipment installation, its preventive maintenance and removal of defects reported by the equipment users
