    Requirements

    Spanish, French and English proficiency
    Excitement in developing a career in a multinational environment
    Experience in working in a team to achieve common goals and Service Level Agreements
    Previous working experience, preferably in the Customer Service domain

    Responsibilities

    You will be interacting with our end clients from Spain and France who are contacting us via incoming calls/ emails/ web requests related to Honeywell products and solutions
    You will be creating, assigning and, where required, dispatching all service requests to appropriate personnel (through outbound calls)
    Assigning work requests (preventative maintenance, routine service etc.) as required to appropriate colleagues in various departments.
    Maintaining and updating databases with changes required in an accurate and timely manner.
    Manage (review, monitor and work to minimize) Service Requests, including escalations as required.
