    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    You will collate and complete pay and benefit benchmarking for the annual salary review cycle and projects as needed, which includes producing salary market reference points. You will manage ad-hoc requests related to reward ensure effective resolution and support the benefits, compensation, mobility and pension processes, as well as the implementation and communication of new/updated programmes, guided by GBS specialists.

    Assisting with the analysis of external trends, insights, and best practices, you will support vendor selection and review requirements. You will co-ordinate the annual survey data submission process, ensuring 100% accuracy, alignment of data and participation to meet specified deadlines. You will also support the annual Compensation Planning process ensuring it runs smoothly and to schedule. You will complete Job Evaluation activities and provide administrative support to the process, ensuring rationales, records and SuccessFactors are accurate and kept up to date.

    Assisting in the development of Reward policies, you will ensure they are in line with risk, legislative and Global standards so that they are fit for purpose. You will analyse and report on pay and benefit data to assist in the annual pay review and data submission cycle. Supporting pensions data in line with Data Protection requirements, you will administer pensions standard processes (enrolment, exits, retirement requests) and changes.

     

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field
    • Working knowledge of reward strategy, philosophy and principles
    • English language proficiency
    • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
    • Excellent attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills
    • Strong customer focus
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience of working in a Shared Service Business Environment

    Preferred:

    • Experience of reward administration or reward management
    • Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company
    • Experience with HR Software, in particular SuccessFactors
    • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
    • Additional language proficiency
