    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance;
    A minimum of 3 years’ finance and accounting experience in a multinational context;
    Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation and operational processes;
    Relevant experience working with accounting software platforms and related processes;
    Meticulousness, analytical and attentiveness to detail;
    Good interpersonal and communication skills;
    Fluent in English, level C1 is a must, German would be considered a plus;
    Ability to work independently and proactively in an international team;
    Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities

    POSITION PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The main role of the Junior Reporting Specialist is to ensure that our organization receives timely collections for services and the records are accurately reported. Additionally, in this position a suitable candidate will be responsible to provide the management with correct images of invoicing, collections and account receivable balance – risks and opportunities.

    This is a great opportunity for a proactive person with a high degree of attention to details and someone who wants to develop their expertise in an international organization.

    In addition to providing excellent service as part of a global finance team the day to day tasks are as follows:

    Support in personnel reporting;
    Works with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals;
    Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
    Maintain customer files, update accounts receivable, compile and sort invoices;
    Perform filing and general administrative tasks;
    Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors;
    Assist with weekly/monthly reports and other accounting projects.
