    • Provide active communications with the customer (internal and in some cases external), setting realistic expectations, resolving problems and providing high quality support;

    Responsibilities

    • Provide necessary business information;
    • Ensure deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule;
    • Keeping tracking reports;
    • Prepare and edit direct correspondence, briefing materials, reports;
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items to support follow-up action;
    • Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes;
    • Deliver reports on the project status to team members, upper levels and other stakeholders;
    • Financial Management (including): backlog management, billing requests and tracking, populate forecast data, provide cost and revenue summaries, capture cost deviations, ensure expenses are billed;
    • Manage change requests/contract extensions;
    • Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes;
    • Achieve time, cost and performance objectives by identifying possible deviations from the project baseline, and proposing preventative and corrective actions, and by ensuring follow up ;
    • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring that contractual outcomes and client satisfaction are met;
    • Maintaining a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate.
