PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

•Technical bachelor degree;
•Minimum 1 year work experience within the technical field (engineering, industrial, technical, maintenance);
•Previous experience within the automotive environment represents an advantage;
•IT knowledge;
•English language- proficiency user;
•Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines;
•Good communication skills, reactivity and rigor;
•Proactivity, motivation, flexibility, willing to improve;
•Customer oriented (internal and external);
•Decision-maker, problem solver, reliable person, results oriented.

•Manages the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project target, according to the internal standards;
•Maintains a permanent communication when project deadlines and standards are delayed/ not met;
•Represents the industrial organization of the project internally and/ or externally (customers, suppliers) meetings;
•Defines the process, together with the project team, in order to meet the performance and cost targets;
•Respects and implements the safety and production standard rules and guidelines during the process development;
•Ensures adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering activities;
•Manages the process development documentation;
•Organizes the pre-serial trials as part of the ‘Serial production’ activity, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless customer production start;
•Manages the failure and products analysis (AMDEC/FMEA) for ensuring the process conformity;
•Ensures the implementation of the internal standards to guaranty the products and services conformity;
•Properly manages activities for meeting the Customer satisfaction level;
•Organizes and improves the new products manufacturing process;
•Supports actively the industrialization process within the company.
