International Research Manager

In 2017, Amaris aim to reach a turnover of 180 million euros, 3500 employees and the ability to recruit one new employee every 5 hours. We expect to triple our workforce within the next years and reach an international leader position in independent consulting.
Graduated with a Master’s degree from Psychology/Sociology or other fields;
You have at least 3 years experience in recruitment – especially in direct search;
You have at least 1 year experience in a people management role;
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth;
You are fluent in English.
True "entrepreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles;
Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates;
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Supervise your team’s activity and offer them support accordingly;
Identify follow-up actions to be made for the recruitment development of respective business-lines
Direct search candidates using specific sourcing tools and come up with new ones whenever necessary.
