Front-End Solution Architect

The Qualysoft Group was founded in Vienna in 1999. As an independent IT consultancy and service company, it supports its international customers by providing tailored IT solutions that are both flexible and innovative. Its main focus is on providers of financial and energy services, industrial firms, media/telecommunications companies, and institutions from the public sector.

• 8+ years of experience developing web applications
• Relevant experience with:
o HTML 5 & JavaScript (very good knowledge of one or several frameworks like AngularJS, Angular 2, React, Knockout, Vue, Aurelia, Kendo)
o CSS3 (LESS, SASS), Bootstrap
o TypeScript or CoffeeScript
o REST API
o OAuth 2 Identity Providers
o Automated UI testing
o SPA and Apache Cordova
o User experience design
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• The following are desired, but not essential
o Screen mockup tools and software documentation tools
o Server side development (either .NET or Java)
o Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases
o Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD
o Large scale enterprise applications deployments, cloud deployments
o Security and penetration testing principles

• Support business analysis and validate business requirements
• Review technical specifications and code delivered by vendors and integrators
• Implement UI components in custom applications and extend user interface features for of the shelf enterprise platforms and products, produce high quality software using above mentioned technical stack (HTML5, Angular2, LESS, OAuth2)
• Application design, specifically for a UI components, potentially for multiple concurrent projects
• Participate in informal or formal design and architecture sessions with fellow consultants
• Troubleshoot software defects and coordinate with quality assurance team
