    - Experienta anterioara pe un post similar sau Customer Service de minim 6 luni,
    - Abilitati de comunicare interpersonala si negociere
    - Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza
    - Cunostinte operare PC (Microsoft Office)
    - Studii medii absolvite, studii superioare in curs de preferat

    Responsabilitati

    • Contactarea clientilor actuali si potentiali in vederea vanzarii produselor si serviciilor conform campaniilor planificate
    • Identificarea nevoilor clientilor potentiali, sublinierea beneficiilor produsului si serviciilor, promovarea serviciilor Nobel si/sau ale partenerilor.
    • Verificarea veridicitatii si corectitudinii informatiilor introduse in CRM, baze de date, etc
    • Documentarea in permanenta, referitor la noile produse/servicii oferite de catre firmele colaboratoare
    • Escaladarea informatiilor cu privire la : sesizarile si/sau reclamatiile de orice natura privind relatia dintre client si Nobel/partener
    • Comunicarea eficienta activitatilor catre persoanele implicate in proiect
    • Adaptabilitate la procesele si procedurile de lucru
    • Executarea in conditii de calitate si eficienta a campaniilor planificate
    • Respectarea criteriilor stabilite de conducerea companiei privind desfasurarea fiecarei campanii in parte
    • Operarea eficienta a informatiilor primate de la client sau potentiali client, introduce in baza de date
    • Inregistrarea si verificarea contractelor incheiate cu clientii

    Programul de lucru este de 6 ore/zi, program in ture: 16:00-22:00; 22:00-4:00
