    Requirements

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR
    Knowledge of the IT recruitment strategies and market
    Working experience in handling multiple tasks/projects/tools - experience in ONG, college groups, internships or volunteer projects counts
    Eager for professional development within the entire spectrum of the hr operational tasks - recruitment, event planning, retention processes, organisational tasks in the office etc.
    Good organizational and prioritization skills
    Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
    Fluent in English
    Very good communication skills on all levels within organisation
    Creative and adaptive person
    Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Communication

    Responsibilities

    Involved in the recruitment processes from A to Z (strategies, research, interviews etc.)
    Involved in the inductions and retention strategies for the team members
    Works closely with managers and team leaders for people managing processes (evaluation, retention, company’s culture and climate, and any situation regarding the employees)
    Organize company events in collaboration with the manager (team buildings, parties, company lunch/dinner etc.)
    Involved in the implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives
    Collaborate with recruitment agencies in order to find the best candidates
    Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates
    Represent the company at various recruitment fairs and events
    Keeps an eye on the PR of the company in the recruitment area
