    • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position;
    • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks;
    • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field;
    • Good level knowledge of using MS Windows workstations and related applications (MS Office, etc.);
    • Any IT&C certification will be an advantage;
    • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage;
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;
    • Excellent communication ability;
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules;
    • English language;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Initiative, Responsibility, Patience;

    • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.);
    • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality;
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
    • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance;
    • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks;
    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches;
    • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions;
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders;
    • Produce timely and detailed service reports;
    • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings;
    • Build positive relationships with customers;
    • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation;
    • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
