Huawei Enterprise Romania GSC is made of several teams: Marketing & Channel Support Center, Customer Care Representatives, Spare Parts Center, Network Operation Center, Technical Assistance Center and Remote Delivery Center.

    In Romania we have 2 offices, located in Bucharest and Timisoara, with over 150 HCNP (Huawei Certified Network Professional) and HCIE (Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert) employees.

    Requirements

    We are interested in someone that can demonstrate himself/herself as a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently without any supervision.

    - Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Word
    - Excellent Customer Service Skills
    - Professional Phone Manner
    - Excellent written communication and documentations skills
    - Foreign language skills: English, German/ Italian/ Dutch (at least at a conversational level)
    - Availability to leave in Business Trip for training

    Responsibilities

    Job Description:
    Receive customer's fault requests by email/ web / phone on different solar equipment, create a trouble ticket using a ticketing interface and dispatch it according to internal procedures to the appropriate engineers.
    Act as first level engineer to give customer basic technical support after Training given by Huawei.
    Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide quality customer service on every call/ e-mail;
    - Communicate clearly and effectively with participants;
    - Promote good listening skills;
    - Recognizing and managing assertive customers;
    - Perform surveys.
