    Desired Skills and Experience

    -Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience
    -German and English at an advanced level
    -Microsoft Office Suite with extensive PowerPoint and Excel skills
    -Excellent oral and written communication skills
    -Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow to meet competing/changing deadlines
    -Ability to convert information from Word, Excel, and other sources into high level presentations

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    -Designs and creates PowerPoint and Excel templates collaborating with the Managers
    -Helps to establish and maintain the highest possible standards for all electronic presentations (PPT)
    -Assists in brainstorming sessions and creation of marketing materials
    -Analyses CRM data: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities
    -Creates new contacts in the system with information gathered at various events
