Designed the Lugera way, you learn the Alpha and Omega of recruitment and Technical Recruitment ins and outs. You'll gain hands on experience in IT recruitment so that you have not only a great career start, but also thorough understanding of recruitment's how to's.
Acting as a main support for the IT Recruitment Consultants;
Being involved in the sourcing process of the passive and active typology of candidates;
Drawing up job descriptions based on the client's requirements;
Sourcing candidates based on the candidate profile, using Linkedin or other recruitment sites;
Searching the databases for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes;
Updating the database with new candidate CVs;
Presenting the offer to potential candidates and scheduling the interviews;
Establishing proper sourcing channels and methodology for recruitment, depending on the job profile;
Please know that the role is available on only a full-time basis.
