    Requirements

    For our client, a company covering the whole property cycle in the real estate field: Property Development, Transaction, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management, we are looking for an Office Manager.

    Positive and open attitude;
    Adaptability and professional ambition;
    Good coordonating and time management skills;
    Excellent knowledge of English language;
    Coordinating purchasing orders with all suplliers;
    Negotiating and proposing initiatives and benefits for the employees.

    Responsibilities

    To assure the daily management of the Country Head, logistics, travelling, calendars, expenses, meetings, bookings to enable him to execute the Company`s strategy and business plan and enable clients to maximize their property interests
    To assist the employees of the Company with a general day to day matters relating to the current activity of the company
    To contribute into the compliance and OPC duties with a close cooperation of the CEE regional OPC and Compliance people in charge
    To ensure the link with different service providers such as legal services, IT, phone operator, cleaning etc., as well as with the company’s clients for contracts delivery or documents coordination.
    To liaise with the Group departments for any operational activity or projects coordination: Legal, IT, Marketing, HR, Financial etc.
