    • The relational facility on the assistance of users.
    • The good knowledge of french and english, both written and spoken.
    • The good knowledge of standard use of office 365 pack.
    • The knowledge of the reporting application Power BI.


    • To add and update the department activities (BIP application management) following the standards;
    • To coordinate staff in order to make sure that the time tracked in the BIP application is declared according to the calendar;
    • To be aware of BIP’s quality standards and send reminders to the concerned persons;
    • To maintain the referencing data (Applications, project codes, …) by leaning on the golden sources of the department;
    • To maintain an audit trail including the modifications performed;
    • Participate actively in the continuous improvement of the procedures by communicating on the difficult points and/or by proposing improvements
