    Senior Knowledge Manager

    Your Mission:

    As a Senior Knowledge Manager, you will be in charge of change management, developing best managerial practice and process management.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Implementing the knowlegde management practices within SSC Finance;
    • Establishing the learning curricula together with the operational teams and finds new sources of training
    • Formalize, deploy, enrich and anchor Knowledge Management  approach;
    • Animate and initiate learning organization programs and implements how information has to be gathered and stocked
    • Standard operating procedures harmonisation and animates the expert teams in order to respect the plans for the procedure’s standardisation
    • Identify global deployment perimeters
    • Ensure the structuring and accessibility of operational knowledge through workshops
    • Ensure the management of the change with the operational teams.
    • Deploy collaborative tools within the finance department, in particular: Create collaborative spaces in Sharepoint and Jive;
    • Accompany the managers to animate their spaces (Sharepoint, JIVE ...) and promotes the colaborative platforms
    • Ensure support in Jive community for collaborators for SharePoint and JIVE;
    • Ensure trainings online in Sharepoint and JIVE and offline trainings to Collaborators in the finance department;
    • Verifying the refreshing of the operational procedures.

    A little about You:

    • English advanced level; French-at least medium level
    • Change Management approach and good communications skills
    • Client  and oriented with strong analitical skills
    • Previous experience in  Knowledge Management or  in Change, Lean or Project management
    • Knowledge of Web and SharePoint, including on "configuration / administration ";-nice to have
    • Knowledge of Jive or another Social network, including on "configuration / administration”;-nice to have
