    We look for a colleague in our Outsourcing-Payroll team:

    • With 3 - 5 years of experience in payroll & personnel administration;
    • Relevant university degree (economic related preferably);
    • Experience in outsourced services is also required;
    • Solid statutory payroll, labor legislation and human resources knowledge;
    • Experience in working with at least one payroll application;
    • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines) and to manage uncertainty;
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);
    • Good Project Management skills;
    • Business oriented thinking and approach;
    • Work independently and take initiative;
    • Solid analytical skills, professional attitude, reliable and sociable;
    • Candidates should be able to work in a multinational/ multicultural environment and capable to handle confidential information;
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English (French/ German are an advantage);
    • Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.

     

    What will be his/ her role in our team:

     
    • To provide high-quality payroll services to BPO client portfolio;
    • To prepare statutory payroll statements and the related tax returns;
    • To prepare reimbursement files to be submitted to the Romanian Health Authority;
    • To prepare payment orders for the salaries, taxes and social contributions including operating in various on-line banking systems;
    • To assist Payroll Manager with month-end consolidation;
    • To liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries;
    • To draft employment contracts, addenda, termination and ad-hoc personnel documents including preparation of certificates required by the employees (seniority, doctor, bank, etc.);
    • To fill, update and submit the Electronic Register of Employees (REVISAL) in due time;
    • To prepare various reports according to relevant legislation and to the client’s policy;
    • To offer specialized consultancy on labor legislation;
    • To follow and keep track of all projects allocated.
