    Requirements:
     University degree is required, Specialization or further qualification in HR, Economics or related discipline is preferred;
     At least 3-4 years multi-sector and/or multinational HR experience;
     Independent in resolving labor relations, excellent knowledge and experience with labor law;
     Ability to organize complex priorities and resolve problems;
     Excellent communication, collaboration skills, building relationships, effective listening;
     Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders;
     Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point;
     Upper/ Intermediate English communication skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities:

     Member of the HR team reporting into country HR Director;
     HR interface between global HR Business Partner and Business Unit (BU) teams;
     Responsible for execution of global BU talent agenda;
     Align BU intent/strategy with country legal and social frameworks;
     Accountable to the relevant BU HR Business Partner for implementation of HR processes;
     Responsible for implementing and design Business Unit initiatives and projects;
     Responsible for advising global HR Business Partner on adaptations required for legal and regulatory compliance;
     Constructively escalate unsolved conflicts to Infra country HR Director;
     Managing BAU HR processes within local BU;
     Coach, Advisor and Change Management agent for Business area within country with a focus on organizational change and people management excellence;
     HR operational excellence – execution of all HR processes in country for assigned BU(s) within global and country standards and timelines;
     Leadership development including high potential identification, talent reviews, succession planning and strategic recruitment initiatives;
     Contribute to business revenue plans through successful reskilling, restructuring and redeployment actions;
     People data and trend analysis with respect to engagement, attrition and identification/resolution of areas of concern and develop & implement strategy;
