    - 1 year of demonstrated success in customer service with a preference for contact centre environment
    - Self- starter that demonstrates strong work ethic
    - Proficient typing, data entry and multi-tasking skills
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Responsabilitati

    Back office representatives are a crucial part of a contact center that is devoted to various types of administrative, support, and clerical activities that are essential to the function of the business.
    Back office team will probe to uncover customer needs, identify solutions to meet requirements, follow up on open issues, and seek ways to add value while creating a remarkable experience for both internal/external customers.
