•University Degree Veterinary or Zoo Technology, is mandatory.
•Knowledge in swine technology and nutrition is mandatory.
•Knowledge of the feed and the market.
•Nutrition knowledge, swine species related and swine breeding technology, will be an advantage.
•Experience in the agricultural industry, will be an advantage
•Minimum 1 year in Business to Business sales experience.
•Fluency in English, will be an advantage.
•Strong commercial, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
•Creative way of thinking.
•PC skills (MS Office).
•Can handle tight deadlines and changing priorities.
•Able to make decision on spot and result oriented
•Direct and honest.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Will be required to travel extensively within South-East Romania (min. 70% of the time).
•Grow the sales by: acquiring new customers by means of visiting prospects and customers, offer solutions based on product performance and technical consulting skills.
•Also, organizing sales specific activities, elaborating and sending the price offers, according to the price list available.
•Extending the proofs database, for proving the performance of the company products, through calculations and analyzes.
•Continue updating the farms reporting regarding performance and technology.
•Development of customer network, by means of identifying new prospects.
•Negotiates with customers sales volumes, prices and payment conditions, supported by the pricing, credit and Strategic Management Technology teams.
•Support customers in achieving better performance at their farms.
