    Requirements

    • Pure sales hunter profile, prospecting and closing net new business; demonstrated success as a sales hunter
    • Advanced Chinese
    • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing would be preferred
    • 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
    • E-commerce experience is a plus
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management.
    • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
    • Min. 2 years of technology solution selling ;
    • In-depth understanding of software industry
    • High fluency in both written and spoken English
    • Ability to travel 25% of working time
    • Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ambition and drive to succeed, and to work well within a friendly and remote team

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, close and manage new Software, Cloud, and Online services business
    • Call and close prospects that are generated by the lead generation team
    • Apply a consultative problem solving approach to understand client requirements
    • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
    • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base
    • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Sales Managers where appropriate
    • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
    • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
    • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
    • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in SalesForce
    • Manage internal and external project resources to ensure the right solution is defined and implemented for the ongoing success and satisfaction of the client
