    Your daily activity consists in:

    • Being present and connected with our members
    • Being proactive in handling our members needs and requests
    • Lead and supervise the front office operating team
    • Managing sales objectives
    • Security and cash handling procedures
    • Promoting club’s services and facilities


    Your management responsibilities will be:

    • Serve as Manager on Duty as required
    • Monitor staff performance and make recommendations for corrective actions
    • Analyze members satisfaction data and develop plans to achieve goals related to members satisfaction scores
    • Training and staff development to ensure all service standards are met
    • Develop and maintain a team and family environment


    Required Skills:

    • Customer oriented and kind character
    • 5 years’ experience in a similar department
    • Strong Social – and communication skills
    • Experience in Costumer Care
    • English speaker
    • University Degree
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    • Interested in sports
