    VBA Reporting with French

    Your mission

    • Development, maintenance and automation reports activities for ticketing support IT process.

    Your role in a Nutshell:

    • Indicators management
    • Creating indicators (monthly indicators report/ synthesis report, steering and input error indicator report.)
    • Presentation and assistance on management reports
    • Collect the needs in terms of monitoring the activities.
    • Define and proposing indicators
    • Maintenance and evolutions on indicator reports.
    • Maintenance and evolution of Excel macros and 112Microstrategy queries automating the production of indicator reports.
    • Improvement for the quality and efficiency of the processes (ticketing support L2)
    • Regular meeting with the operational team : identifying business needs,  incident corrections and upgrade
    • Tools, technologies and Knowledge : Excel, VBA Macros, MicroStrategy, ITSM, SharePoint, ITIL or CMMI Knowledge.

    A little about you:

    • University level (bachelor or master) – ASE, Polytechnics or Cybernetics
    • 1 - 3 years of similar experience in Reporting Business Intelligence / MIS within Banks, IT companies
    • Good level of VBA programming language (objects) and the classes under all Ms Office application
