    Cerinte

    • University degree
    • 1 year experience in a similar role (preferable)
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Have strong team working skills and a proven ability to contribute to a successful team
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills

    Responsabilitati

    • Sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies using different channels (web-sites, social networks, direct approach);
    • Supporting the Recruitment Team by managing the company’s career portal, collecting applications, arranging interviews, sending correspondence to applicants;
    • Screening applications according to the requirements;
    • Effective matching of CV’s to current vacancies;
    • Posting roles on various channels and managing applications;
    • Scheduling interviews;
    • Real-time updating of relevant tracking systems;
    • Maintaining contact with potential candidates (via e-mail and phone), offering feedback on all of the project stages;
    • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, terminations, changes in job classifications;
    • Requesting legal counsel review if needed;
    • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets ;
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides with help of local payroll;
    • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance;
    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. no of hires, no of applicants);
    • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms;
    • Other HR related tasks assigned by the superior;
