System Architect

You should have:
- 4+ years experience with one or more of the general programming languages (eg: Java, Python, C/C++, Ruby, Scala, GO, NodeJS, PHP);
- Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL data storage (eg: MySQL, Cassandra, Couchbase) and with data pipelines (eg: Hadoop / Spark);
- Strong experience with performance optimizations;
- History of designing software applications;

Got these? Even better:
- Experience with Machine Learning and Big Data is a Big plus;
- Mobile development experience preferred (Objective C, Java, etc.);
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science preferred;
- Understanding of the network and server lower level layers preferred;
- Experience working with the AWS / Azure stack preferred;

You’ll be responsible of:
- Designing flexible, scalable and easy to maintain large scale systems (web platforms, stores, micro-services, data pipelines and data warehouses, etc.) that will stand the test of time;
- Leading the entire software development lifecycle (specifications, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) for said systems. For the critical parts, you’ll roll-up your sleeves and start coding;
- Hiring, training, evaluating and mentoring talented developers, together with the Project Manager;
- Implementing your technical vision at various levels of the organization;
