• 1 year of experience in a similar position;

Responsibilities / tasks:
• Responsible for managing and maintaining a top class BPO infrastructure;
• Conduct regular internal checks, physical verification & facility walks to validate implementation of systems & processes;
• Reduces wastage and increase efficiency within the department; work to cost savings on actual budget;
• Create a responsive environment within the department with the aim of being highly customer centered and driven to meet internal deadlines;
• Ensure safe and secure work environment.
