ATM Technician

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Language: English - Medium level allowing fluent communication
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Experienced in work with ATMs at position of Independent ATM Technician
• Experience with Wincor.
• Ability to create customer confidence, increase customer satisfaction and respond to customer needs
Previous ATM service experience is preferred.
• Education in the area of electrical engineering
• Driving license B category
• Strong drive to achieve the best results against internal or external standards of excellence
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Ability and willingness to work as a part of team and to build strong working relationships
• Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of ATMs and other equipment as reported by equipment users
• ATM logs removal
• Providing daily reports of service data to the superiors
