    Graduated with a Master’s degree from either a Business School or from an Engineering School and be willing to evolve into a business and management role.
    You have a successful experience in Business development in a similar industry in IT and/or engineering field.
    Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth.
    English is mandatory and another language is advantageous.
    You have already evolved in an international environment in a professional or personal context.


    Management of your own Business Unit.
    Acquire, manage and develop trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts.
    Key Account Management and Sales Follow up in general.
    Develop your business unit by recruiting your own team of consultants.
    Enhance the expertise and pilot the careers of your team of consultants.
    Financial management of your own profit centre in synergy with other departments to support the Group's growth.

    Your development may lead you to the position of Head of Department and Director of one of our subsidiaries.
