Experience in network engineering in the telecom domain.
Knowledge of the signaling protocols in Packet Switching, IMS or Transmission (IP) network domains.
Solid understanding of voice/data network architecture and network measurement counters.
xperience in Relational Database SQL programing and Big Data Analytics platforms would be considered a plus.

Develop the capacity plan for the network domain.
Define and revise the network performance and capacity protocols.
Establish the network capacity monitoring Alarm criteria based on correlation analysis of traffic, users, network resource utilization and performance.
Performance & capacity engineering KPIs definition and revision.
Create and regularly report the Network Capacity and Performance Dashboards for the network domain traffic, by presenting network aggregated & detailed views.
Analyzing trend evolution and presenting conclusions and recommendations.
