    Requirements

    - Participate in a database and OS migration process
    - Perform introduction and deployment of the migrated applications in the Test and Production Environments
    - Plan, coordinate, and assist the technical implementation of the migration process in the Development and Production Environments
    - Perform functional and performance tests based on agreed pre-requisites and requirements for on both migrated and old server
    - Administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution, if required in cooperation with the Client or 3rd party suppliers
    - Assists in the deployment and configuration process for in-scope applications
    - Follow internal procedures and processes
    - Monitor integrations between applications
    - Raise requests to client or other applicable 3rd party provider

    Responsibilities

    - Proven experience with technical support
    - Technical background (studies in Computer Science)
    - Analytical thinking (to be able to identify root cause of a problem - log and code analysis)
    - Customer facing (to be able to communicate in such a manner that is understandable to the end customer)
    - Willing to learn and improve
    - Linux- proven experience with Unix based systems
    - Oracle/SQL - be able to create, run and analyze queries
    - CFT configuration
    - Control-M knowledge would be a plus
    - Shell Scripting proven experience
    - English: Fluent; French: Nice to have
