    University degree;
    Good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications;
    Excellent communication skills in English and French;
    Nice to have: at least 6 months’ experience in a Customer Service environment;


    Order entry, shipping and invoicing;
    Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients;
    Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff;
    Weekly Report Entity wise/line of business;
    In the case of new customers, closely interface with logistics service providers to make sure all is in place to have smooth shipment;
    Reporting (end of month/OTTR);
    dentify, investigate, and resolve customer issues using the database/ERP system, including complaint registration and follow-up in;
