    • Studii superioare;
    • Competente lingvistice: limba engleza la nivel avansat, limba franceza reprezinta un plus;
    • Autonomie, organizare si rigoare in misiunile postului;
    • Capacitate de analiza si sinteza, exprimare clara si sintetica, usurinta in exprimarea telefonica/mail;
    • Capacitate de argumentare si convingere;
    • Capacitate de a lucra cu interlocutori din diferite meserii;
    • Competente in utilizarea instrumentelor informatice (Outlook, MS Office) - nivel avansat;
    • Gestionare eficace a timpului de lucru (planificare si anticipare).

    Responsabilitati

    • Gestioneaza caietele de sarcini din perimetrul Ingineriei post-vanzare;
    • Gestioneaza cheltuielile de functionare si administrare;
    • Asigura suport managerilor in tratarea subiectelor transversal;
    • Asigura interfata cu controlul de gestiune (urmareste aspecte bugetare);
    • Asigura interfata cu responsabilul HR;
    • Este responsabil de comunicarea interna.
