    Here is the ideal candidate profile:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams of diverse backgrounds;
    • Ability to organize, plan and adjust to rapidly changing work responsibilities and manage multiple tasks independently to achieve desired business results;
    • True passion for recruitment;
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel Word, Outlook);
    • English - conversational.

    Responsabilitati

    You will:
    • Work with a team of recruitment professional assisting in various stages of the recruitment process;
    • Support recruiters by identifying and schedule candidates for interviews, administration of language tests, getting involved in onboarding activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility;
    • Execute job postings to niches site based on recruiter provided specifications;
    • Prescreens candidates;
    • Schedule candidates for interviews and assisting in interviews process;
    • Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
    • Updating the recruitment database;
    • Track and chase documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements;
    • Preparing new employee files;
    • Attend team meetings.
