Software Developer – Match Team (Back-end)

With a master degree or engineer diploma, you have a previous technical experiences or an in-depth knowledge and interest in development and data treatment, and also a good business vision you want to improve. In order to support our growth, we are looking for a Software Developer who will work directly for our company. The job is based either in Vienna – Austria or Bucharest – Romania.
Amaris is currently investing in developing its internal tailored recruitment tools with high added value components. You would be responsible for building and implementing a matching tool in order to suggest perfect candidates for opened recruitment needs, and vice versa. As Back-End Software Developer, your goal is to develop a matching engine between candidates and recruitment needs and deliver a Plug&Play solution to the Production department.
Analyze the data available on candidates and recruitment needs
Interact with functional client in order to identify relevant matching criteria
Design and implement a matching algorithm
Integrate developments from our internal Data Science team (Machine Learning and deep learning algorithms)
Develop an API to integrate this component in our ERP
Technologies involved: SQL Server, C# / .NET, Python
