- Cunostinte medii hardware (PC);
- Cunostinte peste medie a sistemului de operare Windows (accent pe Windows XP si Windows 7) si abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor uzuale;
- Cunoastere peste medie a pachetului Microsoft Office si abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor uzuale;
- Cunostinte medie de retelistica (LAN);
- Limba ENGLEZA la nivel avansat;
- Atitudine orientata spre client, capacitate buna de relationare prin intermediul telefonului, in scris si personal;
- Comunicare si lucru in echipa.
- Preia telefonic, prin intermediul e-mail-ului sau prin alte sisteme specifice semnalarile clientilor referitoare la incidente aparute;
- Asigura suportul tehnic de la distanta sau in persoana;
- Analizeaza si rezolva incidentele semnalate in limita competentelor stabilite;
- Mentine contactul cu clientul si celelalte parti implicate in rezolvarea incidentelor pana la solutionarea acestora;
- Actioneaza ca suport tehnic pentru inginerii de sistem;
- Monitorizeaza si raporteaza incidentele si problemele semnalate, propune solutii pe termen mediu si lung;
- Contribuie la verificarea si actualizarea documentatiei referitoare la solutiile tehnice si procedurile de lucru.
