1. Education: University degree in Finance / Accounting or Computer Science.
2. Relevant expertise:
•A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in a related financial systems architectures function either as part of the IT or Finance organizations;
3. Special knowledge:
•Experience with deployment of IT platforms both for internal use (ticketing, help desk activities, CRM, cloud proposal software, collaboration platforms) and external use (technical financial solutions and interfacing), along with their associated processes and management of change;
•Experience with deployment of platforms for next generation capabilities through interfaces and plug-ins working with internal resources and external software providers.
•Related project management and process optimization is a must.
•Proficiency in English;
•Advanced French is an advantage.
4. Communication skills
•Excellent communication; strategic alignment with senior stakeholders, partners, leadership/executives, colleagues and clients - ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management
•Advanced project management experience with technical solutions deployment (and MOC);
•Advance tools and process optimization experience;
•Advanced experience with MOC and training materials creation and training delivery;
•Advanced ability to lead from conceptual to delivering results;
•Advanced business judgement - effectively comprehend finance and accounting along with AOS strategies, organizations, policies, processes, systems and operations;
•Advanced risk management and business controls practices;
•Exceptional experience of working in a global, virtual environment.
Provide subject matter expertise for our information technology platforms both for internal use (ticketing, help desk activities, CRM, cloud proposal software, collaboration platforms) and external use (InControl platform and associated applications and plug-ins);
2.Participate in the planning, organization, controlling and evaluation of our IT and electronic data operations;
3.Work on best practice policies and standardization of processes;
4.Project manage the deployment of platforms for next generation capabilities through interfaces and plug-ins by working with internal resources and external software providers;
5.Contribute to the highest level of security with regard to data management and storage, network access and backup systems.
6.InControl . specifics;1.Participate in the process of InControl Portal Creation Process (PCC);
2.Determine the business needs, approve the PCC and rollout;
3.Manage wizard accesses;
4.Creates client portals and monitors the portal creation rollout plan;
5.Participates and leads solution testing (for new workflows and new designs);
6.Coordinates with NL COE to get the final approval process for any changed PCC and rollout plans;
7.Creates process-training materials along with Mazars University, delivers trainings.
