    - Proficiency in English
    - Availability to work on a standard business schedule for several European markets, Monday - Friday
    - Experience using sales techniques and strategies is a plus
    - Ability to recognize and act on profitable business opportunities
    - Demonstrated ability to negotiate skillfully, even in challenging situations, seeking a balance between client and business needs
    - Flexibility and self motivation in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and work volumes
