Qualifications:

Very good knowledge with Internet browsing, email providers
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Good knowledge of any programming language
Basic knowledge with Linux systems
Good knowledge with networking concepts (ip, routing, dns, smtp)
Think out of the box, innovative person
Attention to details
Ability to work independently as well as in teams, multi-task to meet deadlines, project based initiatives
Previous experience with email delivery would be a plus
Basic Experience with email automation and/or predictive customer behavioral modelling a plus

Our R&D Specialists (both employees and partners) usually perform actions like:

Identifying and monitoring anti-spam filters on several domains;
Developing email marketing strategies;
Documenting threats and trends for emailing process;
Operating site maintenance and development;
Managing and developing email testing strategies;
Document and keep up to date email marketing strategies;
Staying up-to-date with best practices, strategies and industry standards related to emailing.
